Format: 250 ml Ferri a Vapore is a periodic descaling treatment that keeps the steam iron at 100% of its functionality, in the best state of maintenance, extending its life. Regular use, at least every 6 months, of Steam Irons prevents the escape of lumps and liquid from the holes which could damage and stain your most expensive garments. Prepare the descaling solution following the doses shown on the label and mix well. Heat the iron to the maximum temperature then unplug it. Pour the prepared solution into the iron, put it in a horizontal position on a sink or on a plastic basin and dispense steam until empty. In case of very strong incrustations repeat the operation. Empty the boiler, rinse it with clean water several times then heat the iron; fill the boiler with water again and dispense all the steam so as to also rinse the supply pipes. Rinse and dry the plate.
