CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • The customer has 10 days from the delivery of the goods to communicate the voluntary return of the goods.
  • The return of the goods does NOT automatically entail a valid right of withdrawal from the sales contract.
  • If you have received a product that does not conform to the description, the return shipment is free: within 24 hours our courier will pass to collect it.
  • The return must take place within 30 days of delivery of the goods, only after receiving confirmation of acceptance of the return.
  • In case of incorrect purchase (color / size change, change with another product, etc.), the return of the returned products is charged to the customer and must be sent to Ferramenta Gabrielli, Via Abetone Brennero, 163b - 46025, Poggio Rusco ( MN).
  • In case of wrong purchase after the shipment by the customer and the receipt of the items, the reimbursement is only and exclusively of the items excluding shipping costs
  • The right of withdrawal and return is EXCLUDED for all products not returned with original packaging and plates.

DAMAGED GOODS

All our shipments are covered by regular insurance, signed with the courier.
Below, you find the procedure to be followed to the delivery of goods, so that, in case of accidental damage to the courier, we will reimburse you.
In the event that the instructions below are not taken into consideration, we will not retaliate in any way on the carrier, therefore, in case of damage, we will not issue refunds.

Upon delivery of the goods, must determine whether:
  • The casing is damaged / wet
  • The goods inside the package makes noise or seems to be broken
  • The package is visibly damaged or malfunctions of any kind
  • The package is opened / unsealed
  • The package fell to the courier upon delivery
  • The courier was rude or impolite on delivery

If you experience any of these case studies, you will have to ask the Courier to sign with "subject to control", so you can check the contents of the package before accepting.
For peace of mind, we recommend to sign subject to control even in cases where the packaging is found perfectly intact.
Please also be aware that the courier can NOT refuse to sign it subject to control.
