All our shipments are covered by regular insurance, signed with the courier.
Below, you find the procedure to be followed to the delivery of goods, so that, in case of accidental damage to the courier, we will reimburse you.
In the event that the instructions below are not taken into consideration, we will not retaliate in any way on the carrier, therefore, in case of damage, we will not issue refunds.
Upon delivery of the goods, must determine whether:
- The casing is damaged / wet
- The goods inside the package makes noise or seems to be broken
- The package is visibly damaged or malfunctions of any kind
- The package is opened / unsealed
- The package fell to the courier upon delivery
- The courier was rude or impolite on delivery
If you experience any of these case studies, you will have to ask the Courier to sign with "subject to control", so you can check the contents of the package before accepting.
For peace of mind, we recommend to sign subject to control even in cases where the packaging is found perfectly intact.
Please also be aware that the courier can NOT refuse to sign it subject to control.
